The Triston

The Tristan Apartments are located in Portland’s Brooklyn’s neighborhood. This project was a ground up build with 4 stories of wood frame over a concrete pedestal providing under structure parking. It offers 44 apartment units with 41,653 total square feet including an 8,633 sf garage. It offers a tenant entertainment lounge, secure bike storage and maintenance area, and a dog wash station. This project was completed in 2019.
