Marine View Apartments are located in the Bridgeton neighborhood on N. Marine Drive in Portland, Oregon. Marine View is approximately 97,000 sq ft and constructed with 4 floors of wood framing over 1 post tension concrete pedestal. There are 66 units in all including 46-two bedrooms, 18-one bedrooms, and 2 studio apartments. The first floor includes a parking garage, a bike room, and 4 live/work units. This project was completed in 2018.
