Gresham Station Townhomes

The Gresham Station Townhomes are located in Gresham, Oregon and were Gresham’s first gated community. PDG was responsible for both the development and construction of Gresham Station which included: 15 buildings, 60 units of 2 and 3 story townhomes on 4 acres with public and private infrastructure. This projected was completed in 2006.
