At PDG, PMs are involved in directing our mission and implementing our strategic goals for growth and industry recognition as a construction leader. The PM is responsible for the project administration, safety, quality, schedule, financial outcome, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager and the Superintendent work as a team to ensure a productive and efficient working environment for both the field and office staff.
Our Superintendents are the eyes and ears of every project. They act as the Company’s onsite representative and are responsible for the day to day field operations of the project. The successful PDG Construction Superintendent will have industry experience in commercial construction, demonstrating a successful track record of projects completed in our areas of specialty or related project experience. Essential personal attributes will include self-motivation, inherent leadership and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and an absolute commitment to ethical practices.
We are looking for Experienced Carpenters who possess our same standards and can demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively. The ideal candidate can juggle multiple jobs, communicate with clients when needed, provide constructive input when appropriate and be a team player! Work will vary every week creating an exciting work environment as our jobs come in all shapes and sizes.
PDG is looking for a Construction Laborer with some basic carpentry skills. A motivated laborer can apprentice with our skilled craftsman and carve out a place for themselves within our organization. Qualified applicants will have a basic knowledge of construction building practices, 1-2 years construction experience, an ability to perform manual/physical labor including lifting over 60+ lbs, reliable transportation with a clean driving record, and possesses a strong work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity with growth potential for the right person.
