Our role as a construction manager is to add value to the project by achieving optimum cost, schedule, and quality. Today, construction requirements can be quite complex. When PDG is selected to provide construction management services, we begin the process by taking steps to fully understand the needs and goals of the client for their new facility. We then develop and implement a plan to achieve their objectives.
We work with the client to assure the “best value” is obtained for the project. This involves pre-construction budgeting and value engineering during design. We then bid out the project to pre-qualified subcontractors, establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and actively manage the construction of the project.
